We provide service in all of Kissimmee and Greater Orlando area, as well as several near-by counties (Osceola, Orange, Seminole, Brevard and Polk counties).
Our Notary services are open to the public and private sector.
Notary Fees$10 per notarial act (state regulated fee)
Please note: Each signature notarized is a notarial act; each page that you need to notarize is also a notarial act. Florida statute 117.05
Example 1, If one person appears before a notary to notarize a single document is will cost $10 to have that document notarized.
Example 2, If two people appear before a notary to notarize a single document it will cost $20 to notarize both signatures.
If the document has two pages that both need to be notarized and there are two people signing it, it will cost $40 to notarize both documents.
